HAY is a very good covering paint with a fine grain. The application technique with which Hay is applied to the wall creates a very nice subtle clouded effect on the wall. Hay is very suitable for indoor & outdoor use. It is also very suitable for bathrooms and toilet areas.

How to Apply;
On freshly plastered walls, always apply our Farm primer first to counteract suction before painting. We always recommend applying two coats with a block brush (Please take this into account when calculating the required quantity). Thin the paint with 20% water. Using loose, free strokes stretch the paint as far as possible, varying the direction of strokes constantly. Let the bristles do the work. There is no need to apply too much pressure. As the paint dries, the color will lighten to the chosen color and become opaquer. Allow a minimum of 2 hours between coats.

Urgent notes:
HAY is made from natural minerals. As a result, slight colour variations may occur between production batches. Each batch is carefully matched to our original colour reference, but due to the natural character of the raw materials, subtle differences may occur. We therefore recommend ordering enough material from the same batch for each project.
